This thermoplastic, obtained with a special polymerization process through a chemical reaction guided directly into the finished or semi-finished product, has a high degree of crystallinity and better physical characteristics that give it greater hardness, wear resistance, high modulus of elasticity and better resistance. , both at high and low temperatures compared to nylon6. The variation of raw materials and processing, as well as the addition of additives, allow to obtain characteristics close to those required by the product. It has a good coefficient of friction and corrosion resistance. Cement and ceramic materials do not tend to stick to the homogeneous surface, therefore it resists well even in harsh working conditions. Cast nylon6 is used in the mechanical, naval, chemical, construction and food industries. Particularly suitable for guide rollers, rollers and roller coatings for cableways and peripherals, bushings for supports, propellers, gears, joint pads, etc.
